Description
A soft white 3/8″ elastic, which can be cut lengthwise to two lengths of 3/16″ each, without fraying. A good pair of scissors and good light and you can create your own 3/16″, which is almost 1/4″ elastic, at half the cost.
Great for surgical masks.
Sold in 20 yard increments.
