Shipping Policy & Terms of Service

Below are our Terms of Service.

Secure ordering on this site: All ordering on is secured by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL creates an encrypted connection for sending credit card and other personal data. Any transactions on this site that include your personal information or orders have the secure “https” preface rather than the “http”.

Return Policy: All sales are final. No returns are accepted.

Shipping Rates:  We ship USPS first class or priority mail with a tracking number. All orders, within the US, over $50 benefit from free shipping. Otherwise, we offer flat rate shipping prices based on your order total:

$1.00-$25.00 = $2.85 shipping

$25.01-$40.00 = $3.55 shipping

$40.01-49.99 = $4.27 shipping

$50+ = free shipping

Note: We ship on Mondays unless there is a previously agreed-upon special arrangement with the customer. This is because we are on the road a lot of the time. You can see our show schedule here.

International orders: Please call or email us so we can correctly estimate shipping for your purchase. If your order will fit into a flat-rate global priority envelope or box, we will charge you that international flat rate price. If not, we will make a special arrangement.

      Thank you for e-mailing me. I am not sure what is causing that inconvenience, but e-mail me your phone number and your time zone or call us on the number below and we will take your order over the phone. If you were to call and we are not picking up, just leave a message with your phone number and we will call you back.

  3. I too cannot place order because I cannot get your terms and conditions when I click on them. I would like to take advantage of your zipper sale but cannot place a phone order at this time. Help.

    1. Dear Cristie, please give us a call on 415-609-1891 or send me your order by e-mail and I will send you an invoice through Paypal.
      Let me know if that works for you. We will work together so that you can receive your order. Another option would be to send us a check. Let me know what you would like to do, while we are getting this handled. I also do want to clarify that we are getting orders through and that here and there someone gets this message, but we are definitely getting orders in.
